Secretly Sabina Classen and her Holy Moses men have logged into the Absurd studio in Hamburg, to start the recordings for the “30th Years anniversary - In The Power of Now” Double album. The new drummer Gerd Lücking (GiftDwarf / ex Rebellion) currently takes care of the drum tracks on the new record. The album will have new versions of 20 of the most important songs of the 30 years of Holy Moses history. Atomic Steiff had to give up the drummer sit due to job changes.
Gerd abut joining Holy Moses: "As an old Moses fan, it is naturally a honor for me to do the drumming for this pioneer thrash metal band! The recordings are being really powerful and we blow away all the material live!!!"
This recording will be released exactly for Sabina´s 30th anniversary with Holy Moses later this autumn. More news from the studio will follow in the next days!.

Episoden der deutschen Version der Serie Gast-Synchronrollen übernahmen,
leihen auch in den neuen Folgen Metalocalypse-Figuren ihre Stimmen. Hinzu kommt Unterstützung
von weiteren Stars der deutschen Musik-Szene: Für die neuen Episoden konnten
Nagel (Ex-Sänger von Muff Potter und Buchautor, u.a. „Was kostet die Welt?“), Sabina Classen
(Holy Moses), Ji-In Cho und S.C. Kuschnerus (Krypteria) und Star Search-Gewinner Martin
Kesici (auch Sänger und Gitarrist der Hardrock-Band Enrichment) als Synchron-Gaststars
gewonnen werden. Auch die Musiker Jan-David Rönfeldt (Urban Majik Johnson), WellBad,
Tommy Morgenstern, Leo Mahlich und Schauspieler Konstantin Graudus („Tatort“, „Doppelter
Einsatz“) haben Synchronrollen übernommen.
Dew-Scented and Holy Moses are happy to let you know that Holy Moses guitarist Michael Hankel will be playing rhythm guitars for Dew-Scented on the European tour with Nile starting later this month! Michael will be still playing also for Holy Moses.
The year 2010 is not ended now, but we like to take the chance to give you a short overview. After the real successful shows in Finland, at Kaltenbach Open Air in Austria, and the really great shows with Doro at Landau Germany and at very great Bloodstock Open Air in UK, the band is taking a live playing stop right now.
But we are not sleeping. We are working on new songs, and we started up to arrange old school classics of Holy Moses in a new structure. We will be back in the studio for an new Holy Moses album in spring 2010 at Absurd Studio Hamburg. From December, 2011 until December, 2012 we will have our 30th years anniversary with Holy Moses, and we are preparing us right now for this great event. Our contract with Wacken Records had ended in 2010 and we are dealing right now with different companies for the release of the new album and our first DVD in Holy Moses history.
The first shows for summer 2011 are already booked and we will release this dates in the upcoming weeks in December. We will play only special shows starting up in 2011 around the whole world, to celebrate the 30th years anniversary of Holy Moses. We want to thank you already for that, because without you, our fans, Holy Moses would not exist for 30 Years. Thanks for all your support also in 2010 and with a lot of power and energy we will start into 2011.

we are very happy to play Bloodstock for the first time - it’s also the very first time for us playing live at a festival in the UK. We are proud that we can play with my friend Doro, so the fans in the UK will get a full package of german female voices power, this year at Bloodstock Festival.

We are back from our amazing tour in Japan. Osaka, Nagoya and two days live in Tokyo made the tour for us for ever in our hearts and soul. We want to thank all the fans for this fantastic time in Japan.
In the next days we are starting to work on a nice small Video about our trip in Japan within a lot of backstage and surrounding information. Also we are working on our first Video Clip for the album „Agony Of The Death“.
